Mitchell | ALTERATIONS MANAGER & HEAD OF CUSTOM DESIGN

I joined Studio I Do in April 2023, bringing over eight years of bridal industry experience, including designing custom gowns for a couture house in Beverly Hills. Now, as Alterations Manager and Head of Custom Bridal, I combine my expertise in garment craftsmanship with my passion for helping brides feel confident and radiant.

There’s nothing like seeing a bride’s joy during her final fitting—it’s magical to know I’ve played a part in creating a gown that feels uniquely hers. My design style is dramatic, romantic, and unique, inspired by historical fashion and the elegance of structured corsetry. I also love the idea that the gowns I create today might be treasured by future generations.

My advice for brides? Stay true to yourself. If you can’t find the perfect dress, let’s make it together!

Outside of work, I spend time with my wife, Sarah, and our two-year-old son, Winter. Mondays are our special “Daddy Days,” filled with breakfast outings and thrift store adventures hunting for craft supplies and fun treasures.
